Dear Sir,

Sub: complaint regarding service of my car KA 03 MK 8511

This is to bring your kind notice that I am having as sleepless night regarding the service of my above said car. My car was purchased in March since then it has stopped about 5 times by itself. Every time I have to rely on Hyundai which is very inefficient. On all occasions my car has been towed and returned without giving the reason for its fault. Whenever they have towed my car the fuel is completely used and returned with empty tank very promptly. This time my car stopped on 14.08 09, since then I don’t know the status of my car. My calls to Hyundai was not replied back, and on repeated calling in fact I got a threatening from the service in charge. I have lodged the complaint at Hyundai, Chennai and in the service stations. All the above said allegations surely indicate the negligence from your side. I would like to have a reply for the same before I proceed with my legal process.
