IBS Mohali has taken a lease line from BSNL on which 2Mbps bandwidth comes from Sify.
This lease line is down since 11 A.M on 20th November. The complaint to BSNL was booked by Sify vide BSNL complaint No. 82 dated 20th November.
It is more than 24 hours and the line has not been restored so far. This organisation is suffering a great deal of loss on account of this down line.
Please restore it at the earliest.
With such poor state of communication in the country and absolute lack of sensitivity of BSNL officials to the subscriber's loss, Where the country will go. Prime Minister need to take a note of such poor state of telecom infrastructure in the nation and the callous and indifferent attitude of BSNL officials.
