Icc mobile winner prize

I received a message on my mobile that my mobile no. has won a prize of US$ 450, 000. They informed us that i should send the contact details on [email protected]. i had sent my address details. he also told to send an id proof, for which i sent my pan card copy. then i got the message that their diplomat will be coming to india and when he lands in IGI airport in delhi, . please find out and inform me through email, whether the message is genuine or not and should i provide my account details. awaiting a quick reply from your side.
