I am holding ICICI Bank Credit card. I normally pay for Petrol through this card. Attached is the details of mail written to ICICI Bank but they have refused to revert the charges saying that the cards was swipe with NOn ICICI vending machine. Attached is the subscript of mail sent to ICICI Bank

This is in reference to Transaction number 17/12 74327078354235412280134 WESTERN PETROLEUM Rs. 1, 028.10 (DR). I had purchase the Petrol of Rs 1000 .You had charged me Surchage of Rs 28.10 for the same. I have been paying for Petrol from the same card from the same HP dealer. Never in PAST ICICI have charged me for the same. Will you please revert these charges and update me about the change
