Dear sir,

On 28th October I tried to withdraw Rs.11000.00 ICICI branch ATM at Palani in Tamilnadu. But there was a problem in the ATM and was unable to process the amount but it has been debited in my account. The above compliant was taken to ICICI Palani Branch Manager. They informed to launch the complaints through Axis Bank.

On 1st November the complaint has been given to Axis Bank. They informed that only after 45 working days, the money would be credited in my account. But while enquiring on 23rd November they informed that the compliant launched in ICICI only on 26th November hence would be credited after 45 working days. Already 55 days gone from my first complaint at ICICI, even though, I am not getting any positive response from Both ICICI and AXIS bank. I request you to consider this matter and give me a feedback at the earliest.

Kindly help to credit the amount as earliest.
