Icici bank acoount
Closing of my a/c

Sir,

my self Mrs. Sudha Gupta i am proprieter of Nav Chandra&Co. Gwalior. my firm account no. is 091705005195. i started this account in feb in ICICI bank while opening this account bank agent told me it is a zero balance a/c which is without any service charge but bank attached service charge on my a/c in feb-march whose information i send to the bank on 22 apr through e-mail but i don't recieve any answer from bank . i went to close my a/c bank branch at Gwalior there they refuse to close my account due to debit amount rs. 4699=00. but i dont get information about this debit in my bank statement and sms till now. pls help me in close my a/c immediately.
