Mobile Recharge issue

Hi,

I came to know that through ICICI bank website, I can recharge my Relaiance Prepaid mobile. In ICICI website, they have mentioned that customers can recharge Reliance (a few other service providers as well) mobile from Rs. 10 to 5000 and the amount will be added to the existing talk time as a top up.

As the instructions are very clear, I have opted for a recharge amount of Rs. 202. After a few minutes I got an SMS stating that recharge is successful. When I check my mobile for balance, The balance amount is the same before I recharged. The relaince guys recharged my mobile with some other plan (Reliance Freedom which gives a Rs. 200 talk time for Reliance to Reliance customers and a validity of 3 months). This is not a topup recharge. This is a change of service which I didnt opt for.

I was looking for a top up balance to the existing balance but I was given a different service altogether.

I spoke to Relaince customer care and ICICI customer care as well. Though they understood the problem, I didnt get any solution.

Here is the ICICI bank website and as per the first faq listed, the recharge we opt through their website will be used for increasing the talk time but not for service change.
