ICICI BANK ATM
Money not dispended but balance get deducted

Im cutomer of Punjab National bank (sb a/c-4508001300013003

on 21/12/08 at 12.38 pm i have used icici bank atm (atm id-S1CW4671) for money withdrawal

but i failed the txn, the massage is transaction declined (txn no.2186)

i dosent get the money but my balance is get deducted.

so kindly refuned it as early as possible.
