ICICI BANK ATM
Money not dispended but amount debited from my account

Money not dispended but balance get deducted

I am a customer of State Bank of India (S/B a/c-10204256946).

On 26/05 around 13:30 hrs I had used ICICI Bank ATM (ATM ID-S1AD0030) in Patna for money withdrawal but the txn failed with a network error.

I didn't get the money but my SBI account was debited.

Please investigate and get it credited back to my SBI S/B account ASAP.

The feedback says that ICICI delays this kind of complaints abnormally which is a concern to customers.
