ICICI BANK, ATM CENTER NIGDI (PUNE)
Rs.1000/- currency note received in cut condition

Dear Sir,

Yesterday On 28/07/09, at ICICI bank ATM ceter I withdrawn money. In that money one thound currency note found in cut condition. In my day transaction nobody has taken. So I sent mail to [email protected]. They given reply that, contact to branch office.

This ICICI bank is cetralise bank. If I given mail to customer care then this ICICI BANK will take responsibility to give me a satisfy answer.

As per my last experience in this bank nobody has give responsible answer.
