Poor custmer care attitude

Dear Sir/mam,

I am Tara Sharma from Delhi. I have taken personal loan (LIDEL00008519638) from ICICI Bank & continiouly paying the monthly installments within due dates, But on 29Oct 08, i recived a call from Nikhil Awasthi from the custmer care of ICICI bank the number was 011-30517190 on 29Oct08 evening & he was asking for the installments for the month of June & Oct 08, which was already paid thru cash on 29June & 18Oct by me & the recipect number is T0408L0730927 & 0980L1716750. But the most important thing in Nikhil's coversation was the way of talking as he is on the important seat of ICICI bank custmer care & he was talking in a very wrong manner & with a very high pitch & used some improper words which is not accpectable from ICICI bank custmer care excutive & also recived many call from the custmer care asking me to pay the installment which has already benn paid my me. I dont understand whats the problem with the bank & there should me a huge miscommunication inside the bank because if the custmer has paid the money then why the bank is continiously asking for the money. As ICICI bank is one of the best banks in India, this type of misbehaviour & mis communication is not accpeted & this is very bad on the part of such reputed & leading bank.
