EMI Card Application Status

Dear Sirs,

I have applied online for ICICI Bank EMI Card on 8th November. Subsequently I was contacted by the bank staff for verification and confirmation etc. They even sent their executive for this purpose. But since then I have not heard anything from them as to whether my applicaiton was accepted or rejected. I tried to equire about this from their customer service number 9818178000 but was unsuccessful to get through to them every time I dialed this number. I want to know the status of my application but I don't know how to get through to them.
