Withdrawal of money in other bank

Hi,

On 29th Nov, I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs.10, 000/- from SBI ATM. The money was debited from the a/c but not received at ATM. The next day the money was credited back. This is fine.

On 4th Dec 10, 000/- was deducted from my account stating the transaction done on 29th Nov. I raised a complaint with ICICI customer care. They took 10 days to resolve this. Finally they came back saying it will take 45 days to the money back.

With no fault of mine and only because of their technical problems, my money got blocked. Please do the needful.
