I submitted for a password reset first time in the month of November. However I never received it for more than two weeks and when contacted, they said it would have been destroyed. Later I raised another request this time through one of their branches. I verified with the bank staff about my address and only then did I give the request. I got an SMS saying that I would receive it in another 7 days. I did not receive and the courier person said that the bank did had provided INSUFFICIENT address and that it got returned to origin. When I contact the bank they are asking me to visit a branch and get it delivered to that bank and again make a visit to the bank to collect. To collect a password should I be wasting so much of my time?
