Deducted amount without intimation

Hello,

I have a account in ICICI Bank. I have started the account when the minimum balance is Rs.5000/-. But surprisingly they have deducted amount Rs.843 from my account and they are saying that now the minimum balance for the quarter is Rs.10, 000/-.
