I am not having any account with ICICI Bank. Someone has given my mobile number for his account opening. That person is having credit card and he is not paying his dues on time. Hence, I am getting calls from the bank on frequent basis for the past three years asking for 'Mr. Alex Raj'. I have told several times to the bank to verify the concerned person account details but no steps were taken from their end.
Today I received a call from the number 044-39173957. One lady introduced herself as calling from R2 Police station and asking for 'Mr. Alex Raj'. I told them that it was wrong call. Since I have doubt on the caller number, I contacted the above number and got to know that the call was from ICICI bank.
This frequent nuisance calls from the Bank creates great agony to me and wasting my time also.
Please take appropriate action against the bank
