Regarding refund

Dear Sir and Madam,

I am not being able understand that Why I am not getting refund into my account.

IRCTC have sent the Settlement, even after you are not being able to credit the same.

Below is Refund Details

29-SEP Rs 587 Refunded 000060341893 30-SEP

already 4 Months passed, I will report to the same in consumer forum.

This is seriously very bad thing.

Kindly let me know the status as early as possible.
