I have savings account no.023301518503 with icici bank ambala city, haryana.

on 30th january bank has made debit entry of Rs. 13, 054

on enquiry from bank it was informed that debit was made for payment of credit card no. 5176533502118000

i have never applied for issue of credit card

please get the credit of unauthorised debit in my account
