ICICI Bank Salary Account Issue

Respected Sir/Madam

ICICI Bank has debited Rs 36711.05 from my salary account (which is not linked to credit card) on 31st Jan. After investigation ICICI credit card department has given me the clarification as the amount has been deducted against the credit card outstanding and the credit card outstanding is against the ICICI Lombard health policy.

I have not received any communication from ICICI (not even pin and any credit card statement) since I have received the credit card. I have not activated my credit card and never done any transaction on it. Its still attached to the same paper since I have received.

Mr Ravi Manuja (Customer Service Manager, ICICI Bank Limited)(service complaint no: 'ICICICARE=032-909-693' ICICI Bank Credit Cards' ) called me and told me that he has listened some voice recording and he his convinced that the policy is given with my consent. He told that the voice recoding is the only proof he has and he could not share the same with me. I asked to provide him each and every detail of the communication as I have the right of information but he is not responding to my mails now. I would like to send you the whole email communication. I have been suffering a lot since last 31 days and I have wasted unnecessary time and money in following up the issue. Please look into this issue.
