Amount not credited on cell though bank account has been debited

Sir/madam

i reacharged my airtel mobile twice on 22-03-08 on my number 987620638 with rs 165 and rs 55.by icici net banking.i did nt receive any ammount on my cell and also no msg from provider, though my icici bank account has been debited.the reference code given by bank is 009643720.please take proper action.
