Checque Lost

Dear Sir

I submitted a cheque on date 15/9 cheque no " 058983 " amount 6740.00 INR at MG road branch Bangalore. The cheque was issued from "Income Tax Refund Order Pune ".

ICICI bank lost this cheque and did'nt inform me. I kept following up with ICICI bank manager and they did'nt help me.

I contacted Income tax refund office for issuing new cheque, but they are asking for a letter from ICICI bank stating that they have lost the cheque
