This is Ajay my ICICI loan Account Number is (9401 2701 4687, 0006) at the time of approving this loan I was told by ICICI head office Mumbai my every month EMI will be Rs. 9183 per month reducing, but now every month they are sending me the EMI more then 10000 every month called up to customer care for same they people are saying these are the late fee charges, but I am paying the amount on time as per the due date. At the time of taking this loan I was told My due date will be 28th of every month, but I am getting through the bill due date is 16 or 17th every month.
So My humble request to you is please tell them don’t cheat to genuine customers and send my actual EMI as I was told Rs. 9183 /per month reducing. You are the one who can help me now I am a genuine person who is paying the EMI every month.
