QABChgs, Jan-Mar09 ST77 amount debit from my account

Dear Sir,

I am ICICI Bank customer A/C. No 005301505426 in Jayanagar branch, Bangalore. it is my salary Account when i join new. so i can maintian Zero Amount. suddenly then debit 823INR from my account on 20th April without my knowledge. If my minimum balance amount is increased why bank is not informed me. i would have maintain the minimum amount. Please help to get my money back to my account.
