Hi,

I want to compalint angainst the constant harrasment and threats and abusive comments being made by the icici recovery agents.this is one of the most double standard bank that apologies to u when u complain to the phone banking, only to be harrased again by the recovery agents.

I lost my job due to recession and proactivvely informed the bank abt the same as responsible citizen in the form of email, registeres letters and by visiting the ank branch. I asked for consideration and settlement/rewrite of my account but was never given any response. I recieved only treating calls from the bank's recovery agents who are extremely rude and threating.they threated to send goons to my place for recovery and called me atleast 5-10 times every single day.

An institution like this who has no respect customers longn term relation with the bank asnd past records should be banned.

these people have no respect even for the RBI regualtions. I think only when some frusted and harrased customer like me will be forced to take some drastic step due to this agonising act of the bank will they learn some lesson.
