Ref:- Dated 4/4, Time 21:38, ATM ID S1AN00445601, TXN NO. 1153, ICICI Card No. xxxxxxx5014 By SBI ATM.
On 4th Apr'09, while withdrawing money from SBI, whitefield (ITPL campus) Bangalore ATM, Rs 10000 has been debited from my savings account .. but in reality I have not received any money from the SBI ATM machine and I have the ATM receipt (saying that " Unable to process" ) also with me to substantiate the same.
As I have savings account with ICICI Langford road Blore branch, I have lodged a complaint (SR 102179771) with ICICI Customer Care on 5th Apr'09, but the matter has yet not resolved..Only receiving the extended/false dates from customer care dept to resolve this issue... i.e 16th Apr, 18th Apr, 28th Apr... Also, got an SMS saying that 10000 Rs will be charge back before 28th Apr'09
On this issue, I had a talk with various people like Anirban, Venkatesh, Swapma... etc for atleast 11-12 times in last 24 days. But the matter has yet not resolved and still pending for your action, though I was promised by Mr Anirban of Mumbai to get the refund/charge back amount positively by 28th Apr'09 ..
Just now I had a phone call with the customer care dept and now, I am getting a new date of 1st May'09, which is again a holiday...
I am very dissapointed with the service & response time.
Please look into this matter and take the necessary action ASAP.
