EPF Withdrawal not received

Dear Sir,

I had submitted my EPF application in June. Iam an ex employee of ICICI Bank, having employee no.-130328. I had submitted completed form 10C for withdrawal of EPF amount. ICICI Bank had also submitted my EPF application to RPF commissioner in January.

They had given me the contact number at 02226470012 for checking the status of EPF withdrawal. However nobody picks up the phone and it always remian busy. Moreover till date I have not received any cheque or credit to my account for EPF claim.

My account no. is MH/18796/52775.
