Non refund of atm money

I had drawn Rs 8000/- from SBI atm located at lajpat nagar on 7.04.09. The money did not come out and I received a slip showing error code 072. On immediately registering a service request with ICICI bank where I have my account no. 02001565542, I was told the money will be remitted by 8 working days. After 8 working days, I received a message saying the chargeback process will take another 12 working days. On 2nd, 4th & 5th of May, on calling up the customer service number, I was told on all three days that the money will be remitted by evening. On 7 of May another complaint was launched and response was expected by 1 working day. Today on 9 th of May, I am being asked to wait for 12 working days again! Kindly get my money remitted to me so that I can immediately close my salary account from a fraudulent bank that cannot even call back and inform a harried customer about the status of their complaint.
