Dear Sir,

This is in respect to the demat account I have applied a year back, whereby the ICICI branch, have told me that my account is very much operationable, however till date I have not got any document to access the same, neither the demat account number has been furnished. Though this account was opened in 3rd May wherein the money for the same has also been deducted. Inspite to complaining it coulple of time & requesting the deatils of the demat account has been made but ICICI Bank authority is least bothered to take a corrective action against the same.

I would appreciate if an coorective action to resolve the same can be taken at earliest.
