Amount in my account had not been transfered

Respected sir,

I am the customer of icici bank at Jaisalmer I have widrawal the Rs. 4000/- sbi atm at uttarlai on 6/4, the amount was debited from my account but not come out from atm I immediately inform to icici bank atm customer care, after that Rs.500/- was credited in my account but remainig Rs3500/- is still pending I have call somany times to banks customer care, also meet with branch manager of Jaisalmer but my amount is still pending.

Kindly Take necessary action. my account no. is 079801500203
