Account freeze without any intimitation

Dear Sir / Madam,

My name is Pankaj Kumar Gupta and my account no. In ICICI bank is 032201505373. My

account has been open on behalf of my company Intouch Solution Pvt.

Ltd. it is salary account and that time i don't have any id proof and

by mistake of ICICI bank exeecutive this account has been activate in the

name of Pankaj Gupta. I left my company and account is running but my

account has been freeze within 1 month.

So bank advised me u submit your id proof and address proof your

account will be activate within 5 days. Now that time I have address

and id proof in the name of Pankaj Kumar Gupta so I have submited my

id and address proof but bank not activate my account due to name

mismatch. I also contact your customer care but they telling me it is

bank problem and only bank have right to activate your account. But

bank officer even Brach manager not listening me and not providing me

any solution. I have also submit a indemnity letter and new bank statement with orignal hard copy every time they said your account will active within 7 days but still my account not open. I am very tense what i will do please suggest.
