Cut amount without information

Hi

Sir

I have account on icici bank .my account type is salary account. The bank cut 840 rs from my account without any informatiom. When I visit the bank then they told me that your account is type of salary account but we change your account to normal account because your salary will not deposit to your account. Accully my question is that how any body able to change my account type without my permission and charging me some amount. I thing this process is very unethical

Please do some need full for this
