Wrong deduction on balance

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Greeting!

I would like to inform you that on 7-Jul. I did transaction withdrawal from fedreal bank's ATM located at Sec -12 Noida. i raised request for withdrawal of Rs.9000/- instead of that I got only Rs.8000/-.

as nobody was available at the scene so i called up customer care on 8-Jul-09 and reported the same. They gave me the reference No:111701581 and committed me TAT of 8 days. But even after 8 days neither I got the any money nor any upadet from the bank's end. I did wait for few more days. I again gave the call on 25-Jul-09, they gave the committed the money will be credited in the account by monday EOD.

Request you to kindly lodge a complaint against ICICI bank for the same.
