Dear sir/madam,
I had paid Rs.5200 for account opening in the ICICI Bank, Annamalai University Campus, Annamalai Nagar, Chidambaram- 608002 on 13th of March. The transaction number is M3182628. I did not receive any letter from them regarding my account opening for some months. Then I complained the matter to ICICI Customer care. They just called and promised to take action. Mr. Senthil Velan, The branch manager of ICICI Bank, Annamalai University Campus, Annamalai Nagar, Chidambaram promised me a month before that my balance amount will be refunded within a week. Till now they did not seem to refund my amount. I request the authorities to take legal action against them and to help me to get my money back.
