Egarding refund of money wrongly deducted

Hi,

I am Neha Goyal having account in ICICI bank. On 12/09 I made a transaction from HDFC ATM of Rs. 2500/-. But the ATM screen showed "Transaction Timed Out". But the amount was deducted from my account. Till date I have not got my money back. Even after going to the ICICI bank, they are asking to bring the slip of that transaction timed out. But I did not recieve any receipt for the same.

Is this the way I have to deal.

The transaction slip is for customer's use and not for bank. They already have the details.

Don't know when I am going to get the money back. What needs to be done, please suggest.
