Dear Sir

This is to inform you, i am having account with your bank for almost last five years with account No.001701518721. And i am regular customer of the bank. I would like to let you know that on 4th August my ATM debit card got stuck in ATM machine due to electricity failure. As i had to rush for a meeting outside the city, so i got my ATM card back from the bank on 18-August. Mean while from 4-18th august card was lying with bank only. And according to the bank, on 7th August a transaction of Rs.2000 was made from the my card.

As the card was lying with the bank only on that day, it is not possible fro me to make the any type of transaction. So i gave the written request to the bank to look into the matter and return my Rs.2000 . The complaint No. for the same complaint is SR116227646. But after almost 2 months, i have still not got the money back. Everyday your executive are asking me to come today-tomorrow kind of thing and i am really feeling harass by this kind of act of the bank. Even i am not getting any satisfying reply from your customer care officers regarding the same. Kindly look into the matter and let me know by when you will solve the issue and return my money otherwise i have to take some serious decision which you may not like. Looking forward for the quick and positive response from your side.
