Online Fradulent Transaction

Dear Sir/Madam,

Someone has did an Online fradulent transaction for Rs.1, 31, 000/= from my salary account (ICICI).

and I have filed a complaint against the bank to the Cyber Crime Department, Chennai.

Its been more than a month and no actions taken either from the police side or from the bank.

I am really fed up and no hope that I will get back my hard earned money.

PLEASE HELP ME to get back my money.
