Incorrect billing statements

My credit card outstanding was converted into EMIs in April. In the statements that I received for May, June and July the minimum payment due was Rs. 0.00. In August the minimum payment suddenly shot upto ~ Rs. 10, 000 and in September to Rs. 15, 000. On contacting them they are not giving any suitable explanation for this. Today I got an sms that the card is overdue by Rs. 28, 000. I tried to contact the bank through email on their site several times but it just doesn't work and throws an error message. I've got screen-shots of this error message.

They've billed me incorrectly and on top of it they are charging me late payment fee etc!

In one of the conversations I was told that I need to pay 2 EMIs every month!!

I need an explanation on how they are charging me and a reversal of all late payment fees etc because the statements were not correct in the first place.
