Irresponsibility of updating mobile no by which i am not able to transfer funds

Hi Concerned Person,

I am an icici bank account customer. Till date i am satisfied with its services even though it charges little high above all banks. But 8 months back started the problem. when i changed my mobile no and updated it in icici bank. I am receiving info abt money deposits but unable to receive 4 digit code for adding payee... i contacted bank and made many calls to customer care... wht i listen is sir... we updated from now it will work... i heard these words from last 42 times and now completely vexed up with such answers...

if no one is going to look into this issue... sooner... i am sorry i need to migrate all my accounts to a another bank and never suggest icici to any of my business partners... indeed...
