ICICI Direct bluffed to offer Zero balance account

Hi,

I am having an ICICI savings account (# 033801519879) in ICICI Kothrud Branch, when I came through a call from ICICI Direct executive who offered me a demat account and also promised to make my ICICI Savings account a ZERO balance account after it is linked.

I paid the processing charge of Rs. 250 and my account was created but my savings account never changed to ZERO balance and I was penalized by Rs. 850 in lieu of QAB.

I tried contacting ICICI executives and they mentioned that we can not help in it as my account is saving. I am feeling cheated as I have already invested quite a god amount with them.

Please help me out.
