New Password Request

I am an account holder of ICICI Bank. My A/c No. is 058801504393. The IVR system of ICICI Bank is very very poor. I had placed a request one week earlier i.e. on 11/nov/09 but today when i called, i was told that the request has not been placed and the Cust. Care Exec connected me to the IVR telling me the steps, i followed those steps but no request message ever came up. Instead I finished my whole 100 Rs. balance in my mobile trying to get it done.

It is really weird that the so called no.1 private sector bank of India has such poor service.
