Wrong not closed and taken the money

Hi,

I closed my account with ICICI bank 4 years before, a/c 613701500187 providing the letter to respective branch. But recently one of my friend who registered this account as payee long back have recently transfered 10 k by mistake. So i enquired the ICICI custmer care and shocked to hear that still the account is not closed and having -17k debit balance (bank telling i am suppose to pay this) and they are not properly giving any reponse on the amount which my friend wrongly tranfered.

After visting the branch personally also nothing turned around, they are either informing us to call. If we are calling customer care they are asking to send a email if we send a email they are telling us to visit the branch. So i am helpless and expecting for possible resolution on the issues.
