Very bad service and no proper response

I'm DR afaq mohamed siddiqui writing to say that i was delighted few years ago on hearing that icici bank opened in UK and also demat services .so i opend an account in 2005 dec, but since than my saga of unhappiness with your service continued and i'm really reluctant to advice any one to go for it and very unhappy the way you trap people with good adds

let me put this way, i oped demat account with your bank as dated above its an NRE account literally i opened both non pins and pins account .but with your services i have been given only a pin account .later i applied again in june and after waiting for almost few month the barnch at manchester says that my non pin nre account is opened but it was just on paper not on my online services .during this time i had number of emails written to you but of no help . laer in 2007 dec i personally visited to bangalore and sorted it out . now i realize i cannot allocate fund to my non pin account from my pins account and vice versa. And more that i bought few companies shares a month ago and they been exexuted i dont see them in my demat allocation but can see them in trade book so i cant sell them due to this i;m incurring losess and whose responsible for all these, do reply

spoken to online telephonic banking services .not much helpful other than providing this email id /during all these period i have incurred few thosand pound loses than gaining from your services
