I shamnad fazil, account holder of ICICI Bank Kazhakkuttom branch, Trivandrum and my A/C. No. is 086601000323 and I had insurance from ICICI Lombard for my vehicle (Rs 26000). I would like to inform you that I am going to stop all dealings with wretched ICICI BANK.
Three times I applied for ICICI credit card but three times I hear fabricated reasons from you. And my forth applications restarted on 3 July last reason was my office verification not yet complete. Now what reason you made for me? Kindly find some major reason like applicant don’t have enough financial sound, don’t have home or I found the applicant on street like baggers,
You know what is my asset? That is around 3crores; tell me what eligibility/criteria need for the ICICI bank credit card.
I am the card holder for the AXIS and HDFC, with what basis they had given me the cards and they had given me a smart service and I am so satisfied with their service
Compare to them what the specialty you have. NOTHING ONLY BAD SERVICE and I am so irritated with your service
Tell me to whom I want to approach to get a better service, to AXIS or HDFC or your wretched ICICI BANK.
What stupid service you are providing to your customer? I am not INTERESTED to keep any kind of relation with ICICI bank and I recommended to all the same.
If this kind of service you are providing to your customers, you are not able to survive in this field.
It’s absolutely a cheating; now I want to know the reason for the disapproval of my card, please ignore my application I don’t want any kind of services from you any more.
