I applied for the joint account at the dehradun branch

on 25 july 08

but till now it has not been done joint

i was told it will be done with in 15 days but now abt one month has gone.when i called i was told that papers has been sent to mumbai for action but no action has been taken till now

when i called the branch again i was told that it hs not been done and it would be better to apply again when i told miss sweta that i m under transfer then

Misss sweta of that branch told me that i can apply at any of the branch of icici at any place .in shimla when i visited the branch i was told it cant be done from this branch and i will have to apply from the branch where i have opened the account.

i am going to mumbai and my wifew will be living at thee native place and due to the delay and negligence of the branch i wont be able to provide money to my wife if they would have done all in time i wld have been able to provide my wife the atm card so that in need she can use the money she required.

i request u to pls do the necessary possible .i have already lodged the complaint with the customer care of icici nunber is 76379718.
