ICICI cheated me since Feb 08 till now

Hi,

I am a ICICI bank credit card customer from past 4 year, I had a very bad experience and really frustrated by the way they cheated me from past 6 month, The will put a interest late payment charges even for 10 rupees pending from the customer, but in case if we need to get something from icici they will never care about that, we cant expect any interest late payment charges or anything for any if we need to get soemthing from icici bank.

they will promise 100 times and and they make us to spend lots of money to phone email and also they make us to spend our valuable time also.

I have posted my whole experience from past 6 month in the form of communication i had from icici bank with this mail below.

I am not convinced with your answer saying "Delay in dispatching the gift" for 2 reason.

1. Delay should not be around 2-3 months at any cost (As per my knowledge ICICI will never accept any reason if customer delayed to pay the bill)

2. Offer also includes reward points which supposed to be updated into my account 2-3 months back.

I would like to here from you the reason why the reward points are still not yet updated into my account, i am not ready to accept any reason for this delay. this should be automatically done by the system and any technical reson should not take 2-3 months.

I Request you to please investigate this matter further and get back to me with the solution BEFORE I RAISE THIS COMPLAINT IN PUBLIC FORUMS. I have a track of around 10 mails in which you have promised me to send the gift reward points in Feb end.

There is a delay with regards to despatch of gift " Silver diamond pendant " to the winners of the offer.

The supplier will take a few more days to supply with the order. Despatch will be completed for all winners within 60 days from last date of the promo ie: 31st March.

This period will now be extended and will take atleast 20 more days (ie: 20th june instead of 30th May.)

I made transactions of Rs. 12, 624.00, Rs. 1, 816.00, Rs. 999.00 and Rs. 455.50 in that order total around 16000 rupees in big bazaar on 26/01/08.

I haven't received any gifts or reward points as promissed. please kindly let me know by when can i expect these offers for my transactions.
