Unfreezing of account delayed

It has been almost a month since i have put my request of unfreezing the account. even after giving everything they asked for

my account was not unfreezed. now these incompetent people have even stopped reverting back to me for my query

this bank is the worst bank in the industry

God!!! i hate this bank
