I have got a savings acct. with chandigarh branch, but for the past 2 1/2 yrs living in london, got this account opened specifically so that i could be able to do online banking but i can't access my account, i don't even know the balance.its so frustrating.my userID is disabled when i sent the e-mail to get it activated, i was suggested to contact 24 hr customer care, when i try chandigarh customer care no.automated instructions leads to nowhere.it proves to be a wastage of international calling card.
