Dear Sir,

Please go through the trailing mails. Please start reading from the bottom. This is the communication between me and the Bank. You will get a clear idea of the case when you read it completely.

I never expected such an experience from ICICI bank. The bank have crossed all the limits of decency. The collection department never try to communicate with me to solve the matter instead they put a lean to my saving account and on 15th October the bank debited Rs.44841.00 from my account against the false statement issued by it. I made this point to notice to the bank as I wrote in the trailing mails. This I earned and saved for future requirements for my family. What could have you done if it have happened with you? Is what the bank doing is right? Debiting the money and diverting it from the account directly that too without notice. More than this the bank is asking to pay for what I have never ever been used. I am not recieved the money to my account what your Credit Card department is claiming me to pay.

Do the bank have right to behave like this with the account holders? This is pure injustice and disgusting too.

Shame on ICICI which is pretending as building trust for the customers.

This is shameful job ICICI have done with me.

I want justice. I want my money back.

I am ready to pay the charges which I have utilized but how come you ask me to pay what I have never got from you?

See the attached ATM statement drawn today. It shows Rs. 44841.17 debited through my account. Just for this you have communicated me? This money is mine I will get it back. Now I can't wait more. If you do not return the money back to me I am going to sue the Bank. This is our last communication. Thousands of people are suffering due to ICICI banks foolish work. All such people and other customer will come together.

Just see what happens in the coming 15 days.

experience the MNS (Maharashtra Navnirmaan Sena) punch. This will become a public issue against ICICI, and the bank have to pay for this. Every news paper will carry the headline "ICICI BANK: The official Robber". Every news channel will have news bulletin against ICICI Bank. Currently Global Recession is going on. At such time you will get a great hit by the public. This will result in tremendous loss to ICICI.

Thanks for the cooperation.

Is the collection department is aware of the false statement the Bank have issued and demanding the money which I never ever used and the penalties and dues against the unused amount? If not please clarify them with the account statement (033 701 500 796) and compare it with the credit cards statement.

Kindly ask them to resolve the matter urgently. I am incurring losses due to this and I hope the bank will compensate for this.

Please make it fast. All my transactions are freezed due to this. Who is going to take the responsibility for the loss I am suffering because of this. I can't bare more than this. The Bank have to bare the losses I incurred. Now whatever I have suffered is more than enough. I want the result in a day time. Such kind of matter will not take more than 2days.5days are already passed. This is beyond my bearing capacity. I want am immediate action. I kept waiting just because of your words otherwise I have all the options open to execute what I stated in my first mail.

Just go through the attachment. You will find the controversy in what the Bank is assuring to the customers and what is actually happening.

Please send this mail to Mr. V.Vaidyanathan, Executive Director, ICICI Bank Ltd. so that he also come to know what is going on. He is trying to build and maintain the trust of the customers on the other hand the Bank is loosing trust by the virtue of such things which they made with me.

Please do it fast and don't take it lightly. This is a matter of serious concern.

Please pursue the matter and close the issue at the earliest as I told before I have to carry out transactions based on my account balance. For this I need the balance tobe free. I already have issued cheques against the balance amount, some ECS has tobe cleared. The parties have deposited the cheques in the bank. If the cheques are bounced this will affect my creditability and I cannot explain the parties for the bounce. Please dont let it happen.

This is a salary account and my complaint to my company management may lead to termination of all kind of financial tie up between Godrej & Boyce Mnfg.Co. Ltd and ICICI Bank.

Please dont give me a chance to blame again ICICI.

I was a regular user for you credit card. I also paid to ICICI as per the statement provided by you. In the mean time in between Nov-Dec07 I borrowed Rs 5000 through the Card and withdrawn the money at the ATM using my Debit Card. In the next month I recieved a statement showing I have borrowed the money like Rs.5000.00 and Rs.14000.00.The fact is that only Rs.5000.00 are deposited in my account and Rs.14000.00 never ever been deposited in my Bank Account numbering 033701500796.I escalated the matter 10 times to your Bank Officials through your Customer Care Srvice but they just ignored it saying you pay neglecting that Rs.14000.00 towards your Credit Card payments. Inspite of my repeated calls and notice the next statements carried the ammount Rs.14000.00 and the penalty charges including the same ammount. Afterwards I stopped using the card. Now your Bank Officials leaned my Bank Account against the said dues and penalties which I have never supposed to pay. I cannot access the account, cannot withdraw money. An ammount of 31400.00 is leaned by you and showing a negative balance of 13426.00.This is not less than a robbery. I can sew the bank for this. I can ask for the compensation for the sufferings the Bank made for me. I hereby request you to free my account. Let the leaned ammount be in my account so that I can withdraw my money. I will wait for 2 days only from now. Otherwise I am going to charge against you In RBI, I have a strong background. I can reach upto there. Furthermore I will sew the Bank for the way it is treating the customers and robbing the money from customers account. Furthermore all the foolish transctions you show in the Credit Cards Statement will be made available to all new channels for Global Disply. I will do it. Please be prepaired to face the consequences.
