P F not received

Dear Concerned,

I was working with ICICI Bank (on the role of I-Process).i resigned from the job in October. I have applied for my PF and i got my PF form duly signed and stamped from the I-process office in Delhi. I have fwd the PF form to the Regional PF office Khandelwali West in Mumbai on 24th june. Till date i have not received my funds. I have tried to check the status on the PF web site but they require the Establishment code which according to the stamp on my form is 47808, but the it is not accepted..Kindly assist.

My emp. code is C03874 and my PF # is mh/47808/3779
