Dear Sir/Mam
I have not been intimated about the Rs.10000 quarterly average balance maintenance and the amount has been duducted from my account.
When I tried to complain about it to the ICICI bank customer care, I was not given the concrete answer from the customer service associate named 'Pareesh'. Moreover, the call was disconnected suddenly, giving me a huge embarrassment that I am the customer of ICICI Bank. I did not receive any mail regarding the increase in the quarterly average balance. Earlier also, the money has been fraudulently taken out of my account and when i asked the Manager ICICI Bank to look into the matter, I got the lackadaisical attitude from him. There are 2 issues pending and that is why i have stopped depositing the money in my ICICI's account.
One customer will not affectit inded but one dissatisfied customer surely will.
